• If you’re driving a vehicle into camp make sure to coordinate with Layout Team (contact coming).
• We will have a list(link coming) of vehicles. Please reach out:
  • If you’re driving into camp and don’t see your name on it.
  • If you know someone driving a vehicle into camp and don’t see his/her name on it.
  • If your car size is wrong.
  • If your arrival/departure dates are wrong.
• If you show up on playa with a vehicle we don’t know about, your ability to park if in camp will depend on the playa circumstances you drive into that day. You will also cause everyone a logistic headache.

Vehicle Passes

What is a Vehicle Pass?

• A Vehicle Pass allows you to drive a vehicle into Black Rock City.
• Every vehicle entering Black Rock City is required to have a vehicle pass. Motorcycles and towed vehicles are exempt.
• Vehicle Passes are designed to encourage carpooling and reduce the number of individual vehicles traveling to and from Black Rock City.

How do I get a Vehicle Pass?

• Vehicle Passes will be available to purchase along with tickets in all of our sales, while supplies last. Access to buy a vehicle pass is not guaranteed. Vehicle Pass purchases are restricted to up to one (1) Vehicle Pass per two (2) tickets.
• Participants who are offered tickets to purchase through STEP will have the opportunity to buy a single Vehicle Pass.
• Participants who are awarded a Ticket Aid Program ticket will also be given the option to buy a vehicle pass when you pay for your ticket.
