• Not a shift.
• Understand consent completely, in a variety of scenarios.
• Be passionate about consent and be good at listening.
• Handle problematic situation that might arise. If it is out of the scope of your responsibilities/capabilities then allow the proper authorities to handle it.

CONSENT - The 11TH BM PRINCIPLE

• Consent of all kinds is mandatory at Burning Man and of course at KKBM24 camp for the obvious such as sexual advances, but also for:
  • Platonic touching
  • Taking photos
  • Participating in what seems to be openly sexual activities
  • Even WATCHING requires consent!
• If it isn’t a HELL YES, it’s a NO!
• A member of the KKBM24 Consent Team will be present in camp during the Burn - you can always reach out for help if you feel unsafe or you did not consent to any form of contact from another camper or anyone at the Burn.
