MOOP Shift Leads (shift)

• Direct your shift’s MOOPers to the right areas to de-MOOP.
• Explain the right ways to use tools and properly de-MOOP.
• Make sure MOOPers pick up MOOP in bags that camp will provide, and take the MOOP to the camp dump.
• Morning shift:
  • Split MOOPers into 2 teams:
    • 1st team focus on Frontage.
    • 2nd team focus on Center Shade & Kitchen.
    • Which ever team finishes first go help other team.
• Afternoon/night shift:
  • Everyone starts on frontage and then work on the rest of camp.

MOOPer (shift)

• Follow direction from the MOOP Shift Lead on where to start de-MOOPing.
• Patrol our camp and pick up MOOP.
• Pick up MOOP in bags that camp will provide, and take the MOOP to the camp dump.

There will be a Final Camp-wide Final MOOP sweep (a line sweep) at the very end of breakdown, after everything is loaded in our trucks, right before everyone gets on the KK bus.
